Karen is in charge of all UIPM events related aspects (technical, logistical, protocol). She coordinates the UIPM Competition Calendar, coordinates with Delegates & Officials and is the Liaison between the UIPM and various Organising Committees. Karen plans, designs and implements the Bidding Procedure for all UIPM events, oversee Medical and Anti-Doping policy assisted by Competition manager as well as collates the UIPM technical publications such as the Handbook, Rulebook, Organisational Manuals, etc.

Valérie is in charge of all the administration for UIPM, from accounting to finances and budgeting, this relating to all areas, from competitions, Congresses, EB meetings and many other events. She also takes care of logistics and liaises with Local Organizing Committees concerning UIPM travel and accommodation. Furthermore, she collects Membership fees, is responsible for the creation and distribution of all UIPM licenses and maintains the UIPM database with relevant contact details (IOC, NOC, IF, Committees Members, MP Federations…).

Roque is responsible for all media, marketing and TV activities for UIPM and has a broad reaching role. He is responsible for, amongst others things, maintaining and updating the website as chief editor, managing media relations and implementing future marketing and sponsorship strategies. As one of the first point of contact for Federations, he takes care of media and marketing areas and supports to the Union’s various stakeholders.

Maxime is responsible for all UIPM development programs such as the World School Biathlon, Biathle, Triathle and Tetrathlon. He leads on the creation of the practice manuals used by actual and new NFs, Confederations and Local Organisers. He is also taking care of Coaches certificates project and UIPM Instructor Groups regarding to UIPM development strategies.

Luca is responsible for Para Pentathlon working group and Master movement of UIPM. He also manages relevant sport projects and coordinates the implementation of each project within different client groups or stakeholder for UIPM.

Philipp Waeffler

As former world class pentathlete and competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and several major championships, also with a pedagogical degree in teaching, a post-graduate specialization in secondary school education, and a post-graduate diploma in sport management and coaching, Philipp is now coordinating the UIPM university projects with FISU, especially for World University Championships as well as implementation of Modern Pentathlon in Universities Worldwide.

Kamila is responsible for all the subjects related to Anti-Doping, and the UIPM competition matters. She is the one to collect the information and to contact the Organisers. She is responsible for the UIPM Judges database, UIPM Competition Calendar and assists the Event Director with the UIPM technical publications such as the Handbook, Rulebook, Organisational Manuals, etc.

Tamer is responsible for the Information and Technology of UIPM. He is also responsible for the Competition Management System, UIPM Results System, UIPM Event Organization System, part of targets on site service, athletes database and World Rankings.

Lei Leki

Leki assists the administration works inside the UIPM and is the assistant of UIPM Secretary General. She is also working on international events registrations, accreditation, travel chart, accommodation and transportation arrangement, and assists the UIPM Headquarters colleagues for any particular work internally.
